Tasks

-Support warranty claims, failure analysis, and root cause investigations. -Maintain strong relationships with customers, provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout project cycles. -Develop, schedule, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. -Lead and manage the special projects service team focused on large-scale equipment and component rebuilds (e.g., torque converters, differentials). -Review job costing, efficiency, and productivity metrics; identify continuous improvement opportunities. -Provide technical guidance and mentoring to service technicians and supervisors. -Collaborate with technical communicators, parts, and field service teams to ensure technical accuracy and quality assurance. -Monitor and enforce safety, environmental, and company compliance standards.
