Tasks

-Think Fast by identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors. -Drive negotiations for high-value contracts, focusing on cost optimization, quality, delivery performance, and risk management. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and fostering long-term partnerships. -Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings, innovation, and supplier value. -Make the Hard Call by driving cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies. -Work it Together by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals.

What You Bring

-Experience working cross functionally especially with Engineers is preferred. -Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, related field or equivalent work experience. -Collaborative approach to communication and problem-solving and a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues. -Ability to foster trust and build strong interpersonal connections with leadership teams. -Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts. -Ability to travel up to 30% -Experience in developing/leading and managing supply chain strategy and supply base. -5+ years of experience in direct sourcing and procurement -Proven ability to scope and create projects to reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce supplier risk, and increase capacity.
