The Role

Overview

Maintain & clean rental properties, performing repairs and cleaning across Kent and SE London.

Tasks

-Install, assemble, or replace fixtures, furniture, and appliances when required. -Restock cleaning materials and essential supplies. -Ensure all tools, materials, and company equipment are maintained properly. -Perform outdoor work such as garden cleaning, lawn and hedge maintenance, weed removal, and general upkeep of exterior areas. -Wipe windows, mirrors, doors, and furniture to maintain a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. -Handle small repairs and coordinate with professional tradesmen for major works. -Wash, dry, and iron linen, curtains, and other fabrics when required. -Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly. -Clean and sanitise all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a professional standard. -Assist during tenant move-ins and move-outs to ensure each property is clean, functional, and ready for occupation. -Safely remove rubbish or waste from properties and dispose of it responsibly at the nearest recycling or waste centre. -Carry out general property maintenance such as minor plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical repairs.

What You Bring

-Must have own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence (mileage paid by the company). -Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive conditions. -Immediate availability to join will be preferred. -Proven experience in cleaning, property maintenance, or handyman work. -Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning and presentation standards. -Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple property tasks daily. -Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces. -Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with tenants and team members.

Benefits
