Lead water/wastewater projects, manage teams, develop business, and ensure client satisfaction.

Tasks
-Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture. Maintain quality control of services and deliverables. -Lead business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process. -Monitor performance indicators, deadlines, budgets, schedules, and manage risk. -Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally. -Manage select projects to meet success goals and oversee other Engineers in the delivery of all projects. working with office and business leaders, establish goals and metrics.

What You Bring
-Treatment process knowledge and experience is a plus -Experience with business management software and tools is a plus -20+ years of related water/wastewater experience. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program -Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration -Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Ohio; or ability to register is a plus -Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
