Tasks

Accurately record all client selections, preferences, and change requests in company systems. Our software systems include Homebuilder One, Calendly, & Microsoft Suite. Manage the contract and transaction process to ensure smooth closings. Support the sales team with administrative needs to drive an efficient and positive client experience Verify documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards. Manage both residential and future commercial property transactions with a deep understanding of the unique requirements for each. Maintain organized and complete buyer files, ensuring all details are up-to-date. Serve as a trusted point of contact for buyers during the sales and design process. Assist in giving tours for our model home, spec homes, & design studio to potential clients. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies. Coordinate and schedule sales and design appointments; ensure clients are informed and prepared. Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure smooth progress from contract to completion Prepare and process sales contracts, addendums, and related documentation. Deliver a responsive and professional experience with every buyer interaction. Act as a liaison between clients, construction, and design teams to achieve client expectations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable serving as a trusted point of contact — ensuring each client feels informed, supported, and excited about their new luxury home. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Strong contract management skills. Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools for property promotion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and team members. Knowledge of local real estate markets & regulations. JIA Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator to become an integral member of our sales team. To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess both real estate expertise and client relations skills to assist our high-end homebuyers. In the beginning, the main function of this role is to assist the Principal Broker in sales & design appointments to facilitate seamless transactions and record client home specifications. Ideally, this role grows into a Sales Agent capacity for our upcoming 205-acre development. Proficient in property management software, CRM platforms, and MLS tools. Must follow all personal protective equipment and safety requirements. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a real estate capacity or relevant sales experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience strongly considered. Active Real Estate License for the State of Arkansas preferred, but not required. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to collaborate across departments such as marketing, construction, and legal.

Benefits

8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday plus 10:00 to 2:00 every other Saturday (for Model Home Tours)
