What You Bring

-Experience of directing and supervising worksites and the safe and efficient delivery of work -Able to coach, influence and develop others -Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing -Comfortable working shifts including days, nights and weekends -Able and willing to drive vehicles as required by business need -S&T Experience -Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques -Awareness of cost and waste control techniques -Knowledge of processes for planning and organising work and resources -Hold or be working towards an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have attained an appropriate level of knowledge through equivalent relevant experience
