Assist planning and manage residential/mixed-use projects in Thames Valley

Tasks

-Lead on major applications (Outline, Full and Reserved Matters) -Contribute to business development activity, building and maintaining client relationships. -Draft representations to Local Plans and Supplementary Planning Documents; -Work as part of a team on the promotion of large scale residential, mixed use and commercial developments (both Brownfield and Greenfield) through the Local Plan process; -Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and project management -Conduct research and site appraisals on projects for our client base; -Lodging appeals and potentially appearing at Informal Hearings. -Further raising the team profile across the Thames Valley region as well as with our national clients.
