Trainee Concrete Materials Tester

Overview

Test fresh concrete on site, collect samples, report results.

Tasks

-Sampling and testing fresh concrete as per Australian standards on construction sites. -Collecting concrete test samples (concrete in moulds, approx. 5kg) from construction sites - typically from 3 - 5 sites @ day

What You Bring

-Cert IV and Diploma in Laboratory Techniques -Staff BBQ's and frequent social gatherings -Be physically fit (Able to carry 15 litres of concrete for each test. Trollies can be provided) -Queensland driver's licence (manual or automatic) -Good verbal and written communication skills -Pass a pre-employment medical which includes drug/alcohol testing.
