Tasks

-Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and reporting processes. -Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and deadlines. -Provide general administrative support to the valuation team, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence. -Assist with the preparation, formatting, and proofing of reports and documents. -Liaise with internal teams to gather and verify necessary information. -Support the team with data entry and management of valuation records.

What You Bring

-Experience in report writing or data analysis. -Familiarity with property valuation processes or related software. -Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within real estate or valuations.
