-Responsible for understanding all company research related database programs -Responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of complex appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources. -Assists in the preparation of appraisal reports under the direct supervision of a State Certified Appraiser. -Collects, analyzes, and reports appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources.
