Tasks
This is a leadership role that combines programme governance with client service delivery and customer relationship excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through digital transformation, ensuring we deliver value. Reporting directly to ARKK's COO, you will be the leader responsible for the successful delivery of our client implementation projects. You'll work across multiple stakeholders to ensure our solutions are implemented on time, on budget, delivering client experience excellence. -Lead the delivery of client projects and programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic business outcomes. -Partner with Revenue, Product, Development and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement. -Identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. -Own relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact during Implementation phase. -Coach and mentor team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. -Lead the technical implementation of clients on to ARKK's software.

What You Bring
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Director to establish a Client Implementation Project Office and lead and develop the Client Service Delivery function. -Proven success in client-facing leadership roles, ideally within a B2B enterprise software or consulting environment -A strategic mindset, combined with hands-on delivery experience. -Excellent communication and influencing, and stakeholder management skills. -Natural leader skilled at influencing senior stakeholders. -Relevant experience in Finance and/or SaaS -Commercially astute, analytical, and delivery-driven. -Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models, change management and programme management -Prince II (or equivalent), SQL, Jira, experience of using project management software essential -5 plus years' experience in leading Programme Management and Client Delivery teams -Calm under pressure and effective in high-change environments. -Knowledge of Tax operations, systems and regulation desirable
