Tasks
-Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-level programs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and long-term vision. -Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging best practices in program and portfolio management. -Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, finance, marketing, sales, supply chain, and other departments. -Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, ensuring effective mitigation strategies. -Direct and mentor a team of program and project managers, building organizational excellence in program execution. -Communicate program updates, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, stakeholders, and the board as needed. -Oversee program budgets, schedules, and performance to ensure delivery of business outcomes. -Partner with executive leadership to define program scope, priorities, and success metrics. -Establish and oversee program governance structures, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track success. -Stay current with emerging program management tools, methodologies, and technologies to strengthen organizational capabilities. -Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and engineering leaders to ensure programs are designed and executed with full awareness of production realities, supply chain dependencies, and plant-level requirements.

What You Bring
A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations will be especially valuable, as the PMO Leader will be key in aligning major initiatives with our manufacturing goals while driving consistency across the organization. Technical Skills We are seeking a results-driven Project Management Office (PMO) Leader to guide enterprise-wide initiatives and complex, cross-functional projects. This role calls for a proven leader in program governance, alignment, and stakeholder management — ensuring priorities are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. Leadership & Soft Skills -Exceptional executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Experience building or scaling a corporate PMO (Program Management Office). -Experience driving enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial setting strongly preferred. -Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. -Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, or complex product development industries. -Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, PMO best practices). -Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and ROI metrics. -Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. -Proven success leading programs that bridge corporate priorities with operational execution. -10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. -Proficiency with program/project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar). -PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
