Tasks

-Cross Training: Conduct cross training and refresher training as needed. -Record Maintenance: Maintain the training record database. -Audits: Perform spot checks and internal audits. -Frequent contact with Production, Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. -Training Delivery: Provide quality training to manufacturing associates for safe and productive performance. -Training Scheduling: Coordinate and communicate training schedules across all shifts and departments. -Needs Assessment: Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs for associates and work areas. -Trainer Development: Identify and develop designated trainers for various shifts and modules. -Training Development: Develop training and training materials needed based on needs.

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills -High school diploma or GED -Must be a self-starter and work under minimal supervision -Minimum of 3 years of experience in training/development in a manufacturing operations environment -Proficiency in MS PowerPoint -Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. -Ability to schedule and coordinate training across departments using MS Outlook and Excel
