-Lead, train, and schedule 3-4 field staff to ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency -Provide technical guidance on installations and real-time support in the field -Communicate project updates to program staff and client -Conduct quality inspections to maintain program compliance -Support operational and program budget management -Troubleshoot challenges and drive solutions to meet program goals -Oversee project timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery

What You Bring

-High School diploma -Use repetitive hand motion -Are at least 21 years of age -Lift, carry or push up to 40 pounds frequently -Bending, crouching, kneeling, climbing -Valid driver's license -1+ years of construction, weatherization, foreman, electrical, HVAC, or other related industry experience -Experience managing field staff -Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)
