Tasks

-Proactively coordinate and share logistics of events serving as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders -Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress. -Assist the communications team with key global initiatives. -Partner with HR program teams to help provide support for internal THRIVE awareness campaigns and program launches. -Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. -Organize and support communications projects and event schedules, creating a culture of accountability through transparency and collaboration. -Draft content for internal channels (newsletter, intranet, videos, talking points, digital messaging, Viva Engage). -Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.

-Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Englis,h or related fields in the United States. -Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. -Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. -Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
