Tasks
-Collect, analyze, and interpret logs using tools such as QXDM, QCAT, ELT, Shannon, ADB, and iOS Console. -Evaluate and troubleshoot Wi-Fi performance (Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7); perform basic Wi-Fi log analysis and interoperability testing. -Perform cellular testing on 5GNR (SA/NSA) and LTE networks; validate call performance, data throughput, and mobility scenarios. -Execute device testing on Android and iOS platforms including smartphones, tablets, and wearables. -Perform root cause analysis for customer-reported and field issues; provide detailed bug reports and recommendations. -Collaborate effectively with internal QA, development, and carrier teams to meet program milestones. -Compile engineering reports, summarize test results, and present findings to internal teams and carrier partners. -Support carrier acceptance testing, IOT, and field validation for MNOs and MVNOs.

What You Bring
We are seeking a hands-on Mobile Device Test Engineer with deep experience in smartphone and connected device testing across Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with Apple, Google (Pixel preferred), or Samsung devices, along with strong technical skills in cellular (LTE, 5G NR) and Wi-Fi technologies. This role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented engineer who can operate independently, analyze device/network logs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class performance and quality. -Familiarity with RAN KPIs, RF performance tuning, and VoLTE/VoNR testing. -Proficiency in log analysis and debugging using QXDM/QCAT/ELT/Shannon/ADB/iOS Console. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Experience collaborating with Tier-1 OEMs or carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon). -Strong understanding of 5G NR (SA/NSA), LTE, and Wi-Fi 6E/7 standards. -Prior work with carrier field testing, IOT, or device validation labs. -Hands-on experience with Apple, Google (Pixel preferred), or Samsung handsets required. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred. -Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. -Work independently under minimal supervision while maintaining clear and proactive communication. -Experience with mobile operator (MNO/MVNO) testing practices, certification, and approval processes. -5+ years of experience testing Android and iOS devices (smartphones, tablets, or wearables).
