Support project controls in forecasting cost and schedule impacts related to procurement activities.
Collaborate with engineering, contracts, logistics, and construction teams to align procurement deliverables with project needs.
Develop and maintain the project’s procurement schedule in coordination with engineering and project controls.
Define procurement strategies, long-lead item lists, and key material milestones.
Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to monitor manufacturing and delivery progress.
Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings to provide procurement status updates.
Support audit and close-out activities by ensuring accurate and complete procurement records.
Maintain procurement data in ERP or project management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SmartPlant, or Prism).
Track procurement activities from requisition to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Integrate procurement schedules with engineering and construction schedules to support overall project progress.
Develop and maintain procurement progress curves, KPIs, and status reports.
Ensure all procurement documentation complies with project and client requirements.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Strong knowledge of international procurement, logistics, and incoterms.

Experience with procurement modules in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
