Overview
Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of construction projects using Primavera P6.

Tasks
-Develop comprehensive resource allocation plans and monitor resource utilization. -Project Planning & Scheduling: Utilize Primavera P6 and other tools to develop accurate project schedules, resource plans, and milestones. -Process Optimizations: Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize resource utilization. -Communicate project status, timelines, and challenges to stakeholders through written and verbal reports. -Proactively track project milestones, ensuring early identification and resolution of potential risks. -Risk Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement action plans as required. -Stakeholder Management: Foster open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. -Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout project execution. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. -Set up new construction and infrastructure projects in alignment with organizational goals. -Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion. -Build and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6. -Team Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration among project teams, ensuring alignment and synergy across various functions. -Progress Reporting: Deliver concise and comprehensive progress updates, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). -Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and enforce accountability for deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and scopes.

What You Bring
-Experience: 5+ years in project planning with construction industry experience and hands-on experience setting up and delivering projects. -Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are a plus. -Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management software. -Project Management Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in developing project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex project details to diverse audiences. -Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving project challenges. -Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and manage relationships with various stakeholders. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
