The Role

Overview

Plan and coordinate supply chain for Blade & Vane components, ensuring on-time delivery.

Tasks

-Effectively handle large orders/programs with complex scope and/or contractual requirements and significant commercial and/or financial risk. -Distribute requisitions in SAP to appropriate buyers directing the placement of PO’s -Coordinate product demand between order managers and buyers to ensure on-time delivery. Incorporate demand or supply changes, production schedule, supply schedule, and technical input in calculations for delivery. -Collaborate with order managers and buyers to fully understand supply and demand aspects of BV components -In addition to meeting stringent KPI metrics and producing status reports related to organizational targets, will work with order manager to determine monthly / quarterly sales forecast to achieve annual sales targets and coordinate deliveries to achieve it. -Maintain accurate waterfall charts for all BV components providing reliable availability dates.

Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. -Must be detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple requirements at the same time. -Ability to understand manufacturing processes and capabilities needed as well as, the ability to understand engineered drawings. -Enjoys team collaboration and networking for problem resolution Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in order management, supply management, or manufacturing. -Understanding MRP methodologies and the effect on component delivery -Experience with project planning is required for special Customer needs or Team assignments.
