-Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions -Mentor junior project managers and engineers -Develop comprehensive concrete work schedules and milestones -Coordinate with design teams on concrete specifications and modifications -Manage resource allocation for concrete operations across multiple zones -Oversee complex concrete pours including high-rise and specialized structures -Lead teams of 50-100+ concrete specialists, engineers, and workers -Prepare progress reports and commercial reconciliationsRequired Qualifications -Identify and mitigate risks related to concrete works -Resolve conflicts and maintain team productivity -Monitor budgets and cost controls for concrete operations -Review and approve concrete mix designs and method statements -Ensure adherence to IS codes, ACI standards, and project specifications -Interface with clients and stakeholders on concrete-related deliverables -Implement quality control systems for concrete mix design and placement -Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance -Implement innovative concrete technologies and methodologies -Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and consultants -Conduct performance reviews and capability development programs
