Tasks

-Processing Client issued Purchase Orders to fund projects -Accurately post and allocate incoming payments against respective invoices -Assist leadership with reporting -As part of the Accounting team, you will primarily be responsible to: -Generate invoices for clients based on projects and billed work -Assist with on demand analysis requests -Perform checks and analyze reports to ensure billing accuracy -Project Lifecycle Management - setting up, funding, billing, closing -Work with engineers to ensure their timesheets are accurately entered -Responding to email requests and calls from Clients and Project Managers

What You Bring

-Commensurate business experience of 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role -Service oriented individual with strong communication skills to work with Project Managers and external clients -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Intermediate Excel skills required with the willingness to move to the mastery level -Meticulous attention to detail -Well organized, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
