The Role
Overview
Manage licensing renewals, reports, bonds across 50 states for EnFin.

Tasks
-Collaborate seamlessly with the legal and finance departments to meet all regulatory licensing and reporting obligations, including processing applications and purchasing surety bonds. -Communicate with regulators to obtain clarification on instructions and check the status of submitted documents. -Assist in collecting all necessary documents for any regulatory examinations. -Ensure that all deadlines are met. -Process payments related to licensing and provide receipts to the Payment Processing team. -Ensure all surety bonds are renewed and keep track of their statuses. -Establish and maintain an internal tracking log for licenses, ensuring timely renewals and providing all required documents. -Act as a liaison within EnFin, across multiple departments, to obtain required licensing documents for renewing business qualifications, financial licenses, and annual reports across all 50 states. -Upload documents to NMLS and check for any additional requirements or delinquencies. -Keep a robust tracker of all licenses owned by EnFin and create a yearly timeline/roadmap for all annual reports and renewals.

What You Bring
-Effective time management.Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work -Excellent organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to details -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations or related field with 5+ years of professional work experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience in 0perations and/or customer service as well as 1+ years of experience in the solar industry or 1 year of experience in solar financing. -Proficiency in analyzing and multitasking skills -Experience working in a high-tech environment -Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports
