Assistant Field Manager

Overview

Coordinate on‑site construction, subcontractors, safety and customer service under a Field Manager.

Tasks

-Work with direct supervisor to identify, retain and effectively manage subcontractors -Provide service to customers, which results in a high level of customer satisfaction -Ensure assigned home sites are in order and appealing to customer -Ensure that assigned home sites comply with safety program and other regulatory requirements -Safely manage assigned home sites -Communication with customers, on-site Sales Agent, and construction organization -Maintain accurate scheduling -Establish and maintain effective subcontractor relations -Proactively communicate any construction, customer service or safety issues to Project Manager with suggestions for resolution -Team with assigned Sales Agent to ensure high satisfaction level in Customer Service -Effectively and efficiently coordinate the on-site construction process resulting in product that is quality, on time and within budget

-Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard equipment -Employees in the position are required to be able to hear and have vision sufficient to utilize all equipment -Valid/Active Driver’s License required -Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Must be able to perform calculations -Computer literacy strongly preferred -Requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds -Use of feet and legs required to walk, climb, and maneuver with construction sites -Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or another business-related field/equivalent years of experience in construction related field may be considered.
