Tasks

As an Electrical Project Manager and a member of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, some at various stages but most from conception to completion. You will manage these projects in a professional manner that exceeds customers’ expectations and ensure that the work adheres to all contract conditions, company safety policies, and OSHA requirements. -Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting. -Create budgets, schedule of values, and monthly billings -Collaborate with senior management and estimating department to ensure most profitable strategies are used -Provide coaching/counseling to superintendents. -Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns. -Participate in kick-off meetings to ensure successful hand-off from estimating to the field. -Purchase all materials and buy out all lower-tier subcontractors -Set clear goals and expectations for superintendents. -Visit job-sites on a regular basis to verify that all work is being done properly -Estimate change orders for assigned projects. -Manage all jobs closeout procedures. -Develop/maintain a network of professional relationships within our industry. -Review job costs and prepare a monthly closing summary -Conduct post-project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.

What You Bring

***Electrical experience/knowledge required Your Right to Work - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. -Strong computer skills -5-7 years successful electrical PM experience (large job experience and OSHA 30 a plus) -Auto CAD/BIM experience is a plus -Prior experience as a superintendent or estimator a plus -Outstanding interpersonal skills Interested and qualified candidates may email their resumes -Excellent verbal and written communication

Benefits

Compensation: $90k - $110K (depending on experience level)+ plus vehicle stipend or company vehicle and gas card + Full medical and 401k benefits
