Tasks

Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans. Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance. Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors. Solving field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track. Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.

What You Bring

OSHA 30 Certification Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong scheduling and job coordination skills. Bilingual (a plus but not required) Valid Driver’s License Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading. 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles). Experience with project management software (FieldWire, Procore, Autodesk). Solid understanding of hydronic and duct systems.
