The Role

Tasks

-Provide caring and professional service to installers and their contacts, assisting with any issues to ensure smooth installations. -Assist with monthly reporting requirements. -Help resolve customer service agreement issues within Service Delivery KPIs. -Perform daily audits to confirm products and services are correctly invoiced. -Handle inbound calls within Field Service KPIs.

What You Bring

-At least 2 years of experience in a customer service position involving both administrative tasks and phone-based support. -Excellent communication skills with internal departments and contractors. -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. -Knowledge of Pronto, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
