The role will be part of SEED & ITS Campus, supporting TKE’s mission to develop a skilled, future-ready workforce for the elevator and escalator industry.

  • Support Key Corporate Projects: Help roll out mandatory training initiatives (e.g. Occupational Safety & Health, Information Security, Compliance, Onboarding) and track their progress.
  • Operate Smartly: Work within budget, collect success stories, and continuously improve training practices.
  • Deliver Trainings: Take charge of various training programmes using webinars, in-person sessions, and blended learning. Work closely with SEED colleagues across global TKE as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Create Great Learner Experiences: Manage every step of the learning journey to keep participants engaged and supported.
  • Evaluate how well training works: Using practical tools and feedback methods to improve learning outcomes.
  • Stay Aligned: Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Be a Team Player: Support your manager and colleagues with SEED & ITS CAMPUS activities and other initiatives when needed.
  • Lead Training Planning: Use your project management skills to support the annual training plan in partnership with different stakeholders. Manage learning content & dashboards in our LevelUp platform. Support LMS users.
  • Promote Learning Culture: Improve SEED programmes by creating engaging newsletters, hosting roadshows, and keeping the SEED Catalogue and Calendar fresh and relevant each month.

Confident in Microsoft Office. Video creation and editing skills are a bonus.

Strong sense of responsibility for safety—your own, your team’s, the public, and the workplace.

Good communication skills and understanding of adult learning and instructional design.

Minimum 5 years in international companies, with strong expertise in learning and development.

Training and Project Management certifications are a plus.

Proven success in designing and delivering training that supports business goals, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). A third language and international work experience are a plus.
