Tasks

As Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, from intake and sourcing to offers and onboarding, partnering closely with HR, project leadership, and directors. -Proactively source scarce profiles (site engineers, HSSE, QS/commercial, planners, PMs, CAD/BIM, MEP). -Run structured screening, coordinate interviews, and guide fair, fast decisions. -Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and interview plans. -Manage candidate experience and keep stakeholders updated (SLAs, weekly trackers). -Support onboarding handovers (Day-1 readiness, new-starter forms, comms). -Track metrics (time-to-respond, time-to-hire, source quality) and report monthly. -Build and maintain talent pipelines for near-term and future projects.

What You Bring

We’re growing our People function and seeking a Recruiter (ideally with construction/engineering recruitment experience) to help build high-performing project teams across Ireland the UK and internationally. -Solid interview & assessment skills, comfortable advising hiring managers. -Organised, data-aware, and proactive, able to juggle multiple requisitions. -Occasional travel to project sites (Ireland/UK). -Clear communicator and strong copywriter (adverts, outreach, updates). -Confident sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent pools, and targeted outreach. -Craft clear job adverts and outreach that reflect the Europlan tone and EVP. -Recruiting experience (in-house or agency), construction/engineering sector exposure strongly preferred. -Familiar with RTW checks and GDPR best practice.
