Install, maintain, and repair commercial low‑slope roofing systems.

Tasks

-Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces. -Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs. -Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. -Maintain a clean and organized work area. -Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. -Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems -Apply painting of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required. -Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.).

What You Bring

-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical -Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees. -Reliable form of transportation -Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. -Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred -Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) -Acceptable background check per company standards
