Handle spare parts procurement, SAP PO creation, vendor coordination, reporting, and issue resolution.

Tasks

-Liaise with supplier in case if deliveries don't turn up. -Know Business stakeholders' requirements & expectations -Support Quality checks and provide feedback on the issues detected. -Keep track of process updates -Track shipments based on the info provide by LSP/Supplier/Vestas Transport system -Come up with customized strategy to deal with delivery challenges. -Negotiate delivery expedites with critical suppliers -Discuss new learnings and risks in the process on-time. -Update Order confirmation into SAP as per confirmation received from supplier. -Support in report generation for analytics and MIS tracking -Provide buying support to the rest of the team. -Should be able to create/amend process flows as and when new changes are updated in process. -Make use of this excellent opportunity to learn and develop within the company and become a valued member of the buying team. -PO maintenance - Expedite/defer/cancel deliveries as per MRP signals -Handle generic mailbox and respond to queries. -Support follow up for Order confirmation compliance from supplier within agreed timeline. -Contribute to RCA and training requirements

What You Bring

-3-5 yrs. of experience as a Buyer dealing with end-to-end SCM. -With at least 1 year of experience in managing data, reporting & handling emails. -Strong knowledge on the Procurement Process (Procure to Pay) -Candidates should be flexible to work in Europe Shift timings. -High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) -Expertise with SAP and Good flair for analytics -PO creation as per SAP-MRP signals -Strong SAP skills in Material management -A relevant university degree in either engineering or business -Should be able to support during crisis - volume spike / process changes -Hands-on experience query management and data handling. -Analytical & ability to resolve operational challenges with ease.
