Tasks

-Develop and deliver training programs for customer-facing teams on new products and solutions. -Partner with Caterpillar and internal teams to implement merchandising programs and capture growth opportunities. -Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, continuous improvement initiatives to deliver lowest ownership costs. -Lead the development and execution of rebuild strategies to deliver parts & services growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all levels -High level of attention to detail and the ability to apply critical thinking, analysis and identify continuous improvement opportunities -Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and engaging with customers at various organisational levels -Minimum 3 years’ experience in OEM or related industries, with a background in project delivery, account management, or technical sales. -Strong business acumen with deep product and industry knowledge, particularly in mining and construction, including Caterpillar products -Analytical mindset with strong attention to details and a focus on continuous improvement
