Tasks

As a Customer Service Operative, you’ll be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance in occupied properties, including carpentry, plaster patching, decorating, and other general multi-trade tasks. You’ll ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the customer at the heart of everything you do. -Source and manage materials efficiently to ensure work is completed on time. -Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues and updates. -Clean and tidy worker with respect for customers’ homes. -Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to report recurring issues and complete inspections. -Undertake agreed remediation and maintenance works to the highest standard. -Provide a proactive, customer-focused service, maintaining excellent relationships with residents. -Adhere to Harron Homes’ Health & Safety policies and site regulations. -Maintain vehicles, tools, and stock to support reliable service delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled tradesperson to deliver high-quality maintenance and remediation work in our customers’ homes, ensuring a professional, right-first-time service. -Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, technical). -Competent in planning, time management, and diary organisation. -Qualified in a relevant trade or multi-trade, or equivalent experience. -Strong multi-trade experience and knowledge of building standards. -Ability to rectify defects and problem-solve effectively. -Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently. -Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance, customer service, or housebuilding. -Understanding of build and NHBC standards.
