Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Real Estate, based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing property advice, and facilitating transactions for both residential and commercial real estate. Key tasks include client relationship management, identifying and presenting suitable properties, assisting with site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth documentation processes. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will stay updated on market trends and maintain a strong portfolio of property options to match client requirements.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with real estate documentation and regulatory compliance, such as RERA laws -Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a goal-oriented mindset -Proficiency in property advisory, market analysis, and transaction support -Prior experience in real estate or similar client-facing roles is a plus -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields -Knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market is highly preferred -Experience with client consultations, site visits, and deal negotiations -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
