Tasks

-Lead multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from concept to completion -Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. -Oversee technical delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. -Continue to develop our relationship-based growth model, by fostering relationships with our existing water Clie -Deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions across water infrastructure -Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development -Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success

What You Bring

-Showing exemplary behaviour in personal and team health, safety and wellbeing management in accordance with Jacob’s BeyondZero approach. -Robust understanding of current health, safety and welfare legislation -Familiarity with UK water sector regulations and safety protocols -Excellent communication and leadership skills -A sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and project lifecycle management. -Member of ICE or CIWEM. -Demonstrable progressive experience in civil engineering expertise in detailed design and design-and-build execution for water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects
