Tasks

-General husbandry of the working environment and equipment to include interaction with maintenance providers when defects are identified. -The role of the Reprographics Operative is responsible for the operation of all reprographic equipment and to provide an efficient reprographic service, scheduling and prioritising job requests. -The post holder will be responsible for the successful provision and delivery of Reprographic support services to meet the needs of the customer. -Produce printed or electronic documents by means of digital printing or document scanning. -Operate and undertake general maintenance of reprographic equipment i.e., change toner, clear paper jams, etc. -Collate and maintain a spreadsheet of the monthly output, reporting figures to Line Manager. -Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with current Health and Safety Regulations, Copy Right and the General Data Protection Regulations. -Discuss jobs with the internal Graphic Design Team to ensure work is completed to the clients' specifications. -Carry out inventory checks and maintain stock control, ordering paper stock, inks and consumables. -Produce finished documents to the customer's specifications as instructed on the Job Sheet including document collation, paper-folding, guillotining, stapling, bookmaking, binding and laminating. -Discuss jobs with the customer to ensure work is completed to the required standard and on time.
