The Role
Overview
Lead engineers, oversee PPM & reactive works on a 4‑on/4‑off shift at a government site.

Tasks
-Manage electrical systems, HVAC, isolations, and switching -Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain service excellence -Lead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers -Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures -Oversee delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works (RW) -Work a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern covering 7am–7pm

What You Bring
-Clean UK driving licence -IOSH Managing Safely -City & Guilds/NVQ in plumbing or mechanical engineering -18th Edition -Experience working on PFI contracts -Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain Counter-Terrorism Clearance (CTC) (This is a mandatory pre-employment requirement) -Previous supervisory or team leadership experience -Qualified and experienced as an Authorised Person (AP) -Strong background in building services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC) -Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and CAFM systems
