Tasks
You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery—from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and safety compliance. -Lead the planning, development, and execution of HV electrical projects. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. -Provide technical oversight on HV systems including switchgear, transformers, and substation design. -Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. -Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. -Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

What You Bring
OCU Group is seeking a dynamic HV Project Manager to lead and deliver complex HV projects across the UK and Europe. This role will involve travel and is based from our Resolven, Neath office. Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high voltage (HV) electrical systems? -Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. -Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field. -Proven experience managing HV projects in utilities, construction, or engineering sectors. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong technical knowledge of HV systems and installations.
