Tasks

-Work closely with project managers and administration staff to keep everything running smoothly. -Be an essential part of various projects, assisting with job setups, estimates, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. -Respond to emails, assist with client enquiries, and support internal teams. -Ensure information is entered into company databases correctly and kept up to date. -Assist with general admin tasks, including organising social events, making travel arrangements, booking conferences and answering phones.

Bennett + Bennett is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to be part of our innovative, dynamic and growing administrative team. This role will be based in our Gold Coast office providing assistance to the Project Managers with project related tasks such as the preparation of tenders, estimates and invoices, systems/data entry as well as administrative assistance to the office as required. -Highly organised with excellent time management abilities and strong attention to detail. -Experience with basic accounting and invoicing is advantageous. -Proactive and adaptable approach to learning with a great attitude. -Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe PDF, data entry programs, and other relevant software. -Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or a related field are highly regarded. -Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within the surveying, construction, or related industries. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
