Tasks

As an MEP Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines from concept through completion. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and contractors to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that advance the communities we serve. In this role, you will strengthen client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued growth of our Florida MEP practice. -Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. -Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. -Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff. -Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates. -Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. -Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations. -Manage multi-discipline MEP projects from proposal through construction closeout.

What You Bring

-OHM Grad School -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred. -Proficiency with project management software and design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. -Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. -8+ years of MEP engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management. -Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. -Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-discipline design projects.
