Tasks

-Develop compelling technical content for bids and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members. -Support bid workshops, kick-off meetings, and post-submission content management. -Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions. -Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, and ensure their integration into written and graphic content. -Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment. -Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. -Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. -Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable. -Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
