Tasks

-Participate in the marketing of the company on a local and regional level as needed. -Leverage existing Cushman and Wakefield Multifamily relationships to cultivate business opportunities across the Cushman and Wakefield Multifamily platform -Attend and participate in industry association meetings and seminars to keep up to date on trends and changing conditions in the marketplace. -Create value through new business growth in Residential Portfolios, cross sell service lines and geographic locations for additional revenue for the firm, identify and pursue expansion of service opportunities with existing clients -Communicate regularly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s services. -Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, development consulting, asset reviews, operating performance reviews, market analysis, and general support to existing clients to expand the business relationship and revenue stream to Cushman and Wakefield Multifamily -Develop specific strategies and goals per client target

What You Bring

-Customer Focus (internal and external) and Communication Proficiency (oral and written) -10+ years of Management experience -Excellent communication skills -10+ years of Property Management experience -Business Development and a proven track record in generating new business -Bachelor’s Degree required -Proven follow up skills and results -Excellent knowledge of multifamily real estate operations and market trends -Experience in underwriting multifamily real estate -Ability to maintain relationships over a long period of time -Interaction with all levels of Cushman and Wakefield as well as client groups -Proven track record of relationship building with institutional and private investors -Maintain detailed knowledge of market dynamics within the Eastern United States -Ability to demonstrate a strong relationship mentality to serve our client’s needs -Graduate Degree preferred -Extensive experience in analyzing and negotiating contract language -Time Management Skills and People Management Skills -CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a Senior Leadership role
