Tasks

-Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to optimize task completion. -Conduct rent collection communications and tenant outreach as permitted. -Collaborate with building engineers and vendors to coordinate essential maintenance and operational activities. -Provide versatile administrative and operational support to the team, adapting to diverse needs. -Oversee calendar management for events and PTO, and facilitate timely project completion through proactive follow-up on updates. -Participate in lease administration functions, including setup, modifications, and reporting. -Develop and distribute the quarterly newsletter, leveraging existing templates and collaborating with the team on portfolio-related content. -Support budgeting processes through accurate data management and reporting. -Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. -Document meeting proceedings by capturing comprehensive notes. -Represent CBRE as a professional on-site ambassador and primary liaison, fostering positive relationships. -Execute data entry and documentation tasks with precision and efficiency. -Generate and retrieve internal lease administration documents and reports, including lease abstracts, to support leasing activities. -Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. -Provide exceptional customer service through direct client interactions. -Facilitate invoice processing by inputting data into the accounting system and forwarding original documents for payment. -Manage client and internal team communications, ensuring prompt responses to calls and emails. -Process work orders and contribute to minor tracking initiatives.

What You Bring

-Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. -Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. -Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
