Tasks
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, trades, and clients -Conduct regular site visits (pre-bid + weekly during construction) -Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders -Manage projects from pre-construction through completion -Lead estimating, bidding, and proposal development -Review contracts and manage vendor/subcontractor agreements -Maintain strong relationships with clients and design professionals

We’re hiring a Project Manager & Estimator! Skycastle Construction is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented construction professional with top-notch estimating skills and a passion for high-end custom homes. This full-time role thrives at the intersection of design, construction, and client service. Strong estimating experience is essential, and motivation to explore AI-driven solutions in construction and estimating is a plus. This full-time role requires four days a week in the office plus a mix of job site visits. -3+ years experience as a Project Manager in construction (required) -Proficiency with construction software (Buildertrend or similar, Bluebeam, MS Office, Excel) -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience (required) -Knowledge of building codes, green building practices, and Colorado construction standards -Strong estimating and bid preparation skills (required) -References and project images if available -Experience in custom residential (ground-up + remodels) and small to mid-size commercial projects -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
