Tasks

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. -Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. -Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies. -Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development. -Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies. -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level, complex and high-impact roles.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. -Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. -Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies. -Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools. -Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems. -Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions. -LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter designation. -Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
