Tasks

-Provide insights on project margins and risks to executive leadership for successful job proposal submissions. -Provide direction to Lead Project Managers, ensure customer requirements are understood, remove project management obstacles, and support development planning and execution. -Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, both new and existing. -Ensure accurate capture of required hours and alignment with business unit strategy. -Attend and conduct weekly team huddles with leadership, peers, and direct reports. -Attend weekly planning meetings for Business Unit groups. -Collaborate with the Business Unit Director to improve financial performance, analyze reports, and identify cost reduction opportunities. -Establish and lead the Constructability team, develop processes and tools, align capabilities with customer needs, and provide training. -Participate in internal and customer project update calls. -Manage customer contracts by ensuring compliance, accurate billing, and strong customer relationships.

What You Bring

-Ability to identify issues and utilize effective problem-solving skills to design solutions. -Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components, and formulate effective solutions. -Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite of products; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. -Effective time management skills, optimize productivity and meet project deadlines. -3+ years of project/program management experience or a combination of relevant experience -Ability to remain agile in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. -Bachelor's degree specializing in business administration, construction management or another relevant field or equivalent experience. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. -Exhibit strong attention to detail, ensure precision and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables. -Ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute tasks on competing projects. -Ability to communicate effectively with various parties.
