Tasks

-Year-round work with a growing portfolio of high-quality commercial projects -Oversee material takeoffs, inventory, and ordering as needed -Lead a team of installers on commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish -Communicate progress and jobsite updates clearly with leadership -Perform system start-ups and ensure all installations pass inspections -Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers -Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and other trades to ensure timelines and deliverables are met -Interpret and review blueprints, mechanical plans, and job scopes -Ensure all work complies with local codes, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies

What You Bring

-OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred -Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in elevated or tight spaces -Strong communication skills and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency -Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics confidently -Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills -EPA 608 Certification required -Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, duct layouts, piping, controls, and startup procedures -Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role -Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
