Tasks

-Responsible for maintaining a professional physical appearance of the Customer Service Center including marketing materials, signage, displays, etc. -Provides support and assistance to co-workers. -Responsible for representing Eastwood Mall to customers by providing high quality, efficient service. -Provide customer assistance with regards mall gift cards, store directions, mall events, and general shopper inquiries.

What You Bring

-Must be at least 18 years of age. -A high school diploma and some experience in customer service/sales. -Ability to learn and operate a credit card and check authorization terminal. -Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks. The incumbent must be articulate, outgoing and present a professional, pleasant and courteous image at all times. -Ability to respond to customer inquiries and advise on the appropriate resolution. -Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. -Ability to learn and operate gift card issuance software. -Good mathematical aptitude, computer literacy in applicable software, strong communication skills and must be multi-task oriented.
