Lead factory maintenance team to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost.

Tasks
-Developing and implementing life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment. -Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget by monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to cost issues as necessary. -Defining maintenance policies and processes that drive maximum efficiency of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. -Determining maintenance plans for new production lines and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering department.

What You Bring
-FIIX software experience -Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. -Overall Equipment Effectiveness troubleshooting experience -Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering (or related technical field) PLUS minimum 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting OR Associate degree in electrical technology (or related technical field) PLUS 7 years related experience OR HS diploma/GED PLUS 9 years related experience. -Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics. -You are highly skilled in and you enjoy working with electrical equipment. -Demonstrated leadership in maintenance with 3rd party providers. -SAP experience, preferred
