Tasks

▪ Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports. ▪ Conduct inspections, snagging, and rectification works. ▪ Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and subcontractors for finishing and fit-out works. ▪ Identify risks, control variations, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and costs. ▪ Represent the company in techno-commercial meetings and negotiations. ▪ Oversee finishing and fit-out works from concept to handover. ▪ Design and conduct training programs for engineers, site teams, and vendor partners on quality, safety, finishing standards, and new technologies. ▪ Ensure compliance with design standards, specifications, and brand guidelines. ▪ Foster cross-functional learning, upskilling, and leadership development within the team. ▪ Collaborate with procurement teams for material innovation, cost optimization, and sustainable sourcing. ▪ Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for design reviews and approvals. ▪ Stay updated on emerging materials, technologies, and finishing trends to enhance design and execution quality. ▪ Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. ▪ Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction with all deliverables signed off. ▪ Develop a preferred vendor database with performance metrics and quality benchmarks. ▪ Drive project execution with a focus on quality, safety, and timelines. ▪ Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams for successful delivery. ▪ Manage value engineering, mobilization planning, execution detailing, and handover. ▪ Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.

What You Bring

▪ Technical knowledge of design management, execution planning, vendor development, and material sourcing. ▪ Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, PPT (Intermediate) ▪ Bachelor’s degree in architecture / civil engineering (required). ▪ Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain coordination skills. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor teams, develop vendors, and introduce innovative materials and methods to achieve project excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead finishing and interior fit-out projects across luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, from pre-construction through handover, ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, cost optimization, and client satisfaction. SOFTWARE SKILLS 15+ years of experience – Associate General Manager – Interior Fit-out and Finishing ▪ Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-end real estate projects. ▪ 15–20 years of experience in finishing and interior fit-out projects across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. ▪ Strong expertise in finishing, fit-out, and hardscape development. ▪Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. ▪ Proven ability in team training, mentoring, and capability building. ▪ PG Diploma in Construction / Project Management (preferred). ▪ Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD. ▪ Demonstrated success in vendor development, material innovation, and project team capability building.
