Lead and coach Agile Release Train to deliver technology solutions efficiently.

Tasks

-Facilitate and lead Agile events, driving collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. -Champion continuous improvement through reflection and adaptation. -Guide the ART in setting realistic objectives that align with broader business goals. -Oversee financial management for the ART, ensuring every dollar spent creates impact. -Build strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and inclusion. -Remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure the ART delivers maximum value. -To provide delivery and execution in the Technology ART

What You Bring

-Strong demonstrable experience in infrastructure and platform leadership. -Professional certifications in Agile (CSM, SA, or SPC), project management, or Lean Six Sigma. -Experience working with strategic partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery. -5+ years of Agile experience, delivering with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies. -10+ years of leadership in technology delivery, managing teams of 60+ people. -Expertise in financial and risk management within large-scale programmes. -Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams from all backgrounds.
